Request a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it.

If you have interviewed or checked in through SLAaP, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also request an accommodation before an interview, or opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting our terms. There is no cost, and asking will not affect any application you have with an employer.

We answer within 45 days. If we need to confirm it is really you before acting, we will email the address below and ask — we will not ask for identity documents.

What we hold, and what deletion removes

We never receive or store a recording of your voice. Your interview audio goes directly from your browser to the speech provider that converts it to text, and only that text reaches us. Deleting your information removes your candidate record, the written transcript, any screening report, your application, and your interview invitations.

One thing survives: an employer’s billing record that an interview took place, with your personal details stripped out. We keep that because a company’s invoice history cannot silently change, and it no longer identifies you.

If an employer has already downloaded or printed your screening report, that copy is theirs and is outside our control — you would need to ask them directly.
